Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University. Elizabeth offers a safe and supportive environment for clients to safely explore their emotions, behaviors, and life experiences with the goal of alleviating distress and encouraging growth and healing. 

 

Elizabeth enjoys collaborating with clients to provide individualized, client-centered care by drawing from a variety of modalities including narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
